We use PayPal for all payments to ensure timely and accurate processing of your order. Therefore, all Auction Closing and Invoice eMails and messages will refer you to PayPal to complete your transaction. This ensures that we have correct information for your shipment and order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and eCheck/Draft payments through PayPal.

Payment should be made no more than 3 days from the closing of your auction, however, we'd prefer completed payments sooner.

Prompt payment after the closing of an auction is appreciated. As a "Thank You" for prompt payment, we'll leave automatic Positive Feedback and will ship your item to you within 24 hours of payment.

 

We prefer shipping via USPS Priority Mail to all U.S. destinations for only $8.95 (see shipping information below for other options) with no additional charge for items that can be shipped together. In some cases, we may ship using UPS or FedEx, please let us know if you prefer either before making payment. We'll adjust your invoice and send an updated copy to you within 24 hours.

Insurance is optional, but always recommended. Standard USPS insurance rates apply.

We package each item with care in a new (or good condition) shipping box or protected envelope. In cases where the original packaging is no longer available to protect your item within the shipping box, we carefully wrap each in bubble wrap. Any gaps are filled in with approved packing materials. In most cases, we are using USPS supplied shipping materials. We also take the extra step of having each package picked up directly by, or presented to, a USPS employee, or authorized representative, for final inspection before shipping.

Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your item ships. We also check in on your shipment on its estimated delivery date just to be sure all is well.

We promise to do everything in our power to make sure your purchase is smooth, quick and enjoyable...from beginning to end...from initial bid to item delivery. Between the two of us, we have over 25 years customer service related experience, and we are here to use every bit of that experience to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

We include multiple, large, clear pictures of the exact items listed in our auctions. What you see is what you get. We take each of the images ourselves of the actual items you will receive. Since you can't hold our item in your hands...until you win it anyway...we hope our pictures will help provide that "in person" experience sometimes missing from eBay purchases. If you can't be there, at least you can see the item as if you were. If you ever need additional photos of a particular item, just let us know. We'll do our best to get it to you directly, or added to the listing, in time to place your bid.

If we're listing it, we either made it ourselves, own it, owned one like it, or wish we had. ;) Ashley and I only list items which we know about and have personal experience with. You'll see this come through in our auction listings as personal anecdotes related to each item. This also means we know about the products we're listing, so if you have any questions about our auction, or even a similar auction by someone else, just let us know. We'd be happy to help and answer any question we can.

Each of our listings also include a free gift. Sometimes we tell you what these are in the auction listing, other times it's just a surprise when you open the box. Whenever possible, we try to include a gift which is directly related to the item you've won. Sometimes though, it may just be a fun little "Thank You". Either way, we do our best to make you smile.
